This roster will not be accepted until the complete entry fee including non-member surcharge and/or late fee is received. Upon receiving this roster and the complete entry fee MVA will send a verification by email that your entry has been received.
If your roster does not include an email address you will not receive a verification notice. If you do not receive a verification of acceptance by email for your entry contact the MVA office by email at
Order of Acceptence: Entries will be accepted in the order they are received. PayPal payments and the online roster include the time they are posted when they are forwarded to the MVA office. An entry will be accepted when both the roster and entry fee are received and the posted time of the one that is received second will be used.
Entries thru PayPal: If you experience any difficulty in submitting a payment please contact the MVA office by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or 612-247-4682 immediately. Occasionally a user is not able to submit a PayPal payment thru a work or other location or PayPal may decline multiple transactions. If you can't submit a payment from your location for any reason your option is to find another site or a teammate to submit the payment. Your entry is not complete until the payment is received.
Please do not submit this roster without the payment. Rosters without a payment will not be accepted or hold a spot in the tournament.
